Happy Cinco de Mayo!
skill: Double Unders if you got ‘em, in 5 sets see how many you can do “unbroken” while completing 30 total. If you cannot do a double under yet, practice!
Wod: “Bear Complex”
5 sets of 7 reps of this sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Rest between rounds as needed. The weight cannot come to rest on the ground during each set. See video below for an idea of what to expect:
