    Just want to point out that my “hand stand pushups” were actually on my knees instead of feet so my “best score” is a bit misleading! This WOD was tough but I liked that it was something a little different!

  • My mile time was 6:51 which is good for me! I worked up to 225lb on the front squat for a set of 3 reps. Started to lose form after that since my core was tired from the run. Form was good up to that weight though.

  • Good job everybody that came out last night for the run and squats! Chris cruised to a 5:25, Matt busted out a 6:40 mile, Elaine was around 7:20-7:30 and whit was 7:50. solid efforts!

    I’d like to give some big props to Jim who has been working out only a few weeks, after coming out of a YEAR with no workouts, and busted out a 6:02 mile. WAY TO GO!
