Skill: Kipping Pull ups
spend 10 minutes working on your kip. start by working the hip swing (backwards “C”, forward “C”) and then try to link multiple kips together. Don’t wear yourself out as you’ll be doing pull ups in the wod today
Wod: “Cindy”
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
See how many rounds you can complete in 20 minutes. If you can do pull ups w/o the bands, don’t add them mid-wod, switch to jumping pull ups if necessary. If you are doing assisted pull ups with a band, decide beforehand which band you will use and stick with the same band for entire wod and note which band you used in your workout log or on beyond the whiteboard.
This is a great test of body-weight strength and endurance.
