WOD: Wednesday July 28, 2010

We’ve had a couple hard lifting days so today is light and easier on the body. Enjoy the endurance-style wod and keep the legs ready for more strength work the next few days.

Skill: Pose Running Drills then:

Steph has worked her way thru On-Ramp and will now be tearing up the CF wods

Wod #1 Run 1 mile for time.

Double Unders*
Sit ups

*If you are unable to do double unders, the sub is now 5x for singles (250-200-150-100-50). We are strongly encouraging everyone to learn double unders and will allow ample warm up time to practice them.
