So yesterdays wallball challenge got your heart rate up and air squat perfected so let’s jump into today’s WOD!

Warm up: 400M run(x2), 10 duck walks, 10 jumping squats

Skill: Max height box jump

WOD:

20 AMRAP

10 Deadlift 135/185

run 200M

1 max height box jump

You’ll find your max box jump in the skill session and use that height to do the WOD.  Now this is CrossFit!
