wod: Deadlift Ladder of Death
As many rounds as possible of 115/185lb deadlifts. You will continue until you can no longer complete as many deadlifts as the number of minutes.
1st round 1 deadlift
2nd round 2 deadlifts
3rd round 3 deadlifts
4th round 4 deadlifts and so on.
Note: Form will be strictly adhered to in your deadlifts. While we are looking for your best possible performance that includes your best possible form. If you are unable to do at least five solid reps with 115/185lbs then you will need to modify the RX’d weights.
