WOW, what a great day! It was so cool to see everyone blast through a classic CF wod today. I’m so proud of everyone that came out and especially those that challenged themselves with heavier weight. With such short wod times each heat/class was produced an intense atmosphere and it was inspiring! There were a ton of PR’s and even more great attempts.
The top guys were Kyle (2:28-PR), Jason (2:57) and a 3-way tie for 3rd b/t Matt A, Trent, & Tim (3:05). Jen A & Catherine topped out the ladies Rx (5:57 & 6:36). Thanks to all!
This workout was a LOT of fun and the times were great! The atmosphere was great!!!
You guys rock!
Kudos on the atomshpere and especially to the advance peeps who help push me to the finish on this WOD I am sure by the next time I will be a lot closer to RXing or beating “GRACE”
