WOD: Thursday 6, January 2011

Straight cardio day today. After all of our heavy workouts this week we need some time for our joints to recover! Everyone has done an exceptional job with form and effort so we are going to reward you with no weights today!

Skill: Pistols/Dips/Double Unders – work on whatever you feel you need to improve on and not necessarily what you like the most…:-)
