Tire roll (Tire with CrossFit Carmel on it for guys and smaller one for girls) length of parking lot x 2
10 burpees
Tire flip (same one that was rolled) length of parking lot x1
20 box jumps 20/24
Tire carry (2 each, truck tires for guys and car tires for girls) length of parking lot x 2
30 sledge hammers 8/12
Tire throw (truck tire for guys and car tire for girls) length of parking lot x 1)
40 air squats
