Clean 2×7( 2 reps x 7 sets, weights are the same for all 7 sets)
Squat 5×3( 5 reps x 3 sets, weights are the same for all 3 sets, + 5 lbs. from last time)

A special good-bye to Cody this week as she heads back home! We have so much enjoyed her being with us while she was in town!
