WOD: Wednesday 29, December 2010

Skill: Squats – this is light work and we will be concentrating on foot placement and squat depth. We are not in a rush to get this skill done so let’s spend some time talking with a coach about your form.

wod: front/back squats
3×5 each after warmup of 3×5 light

skill: dips to finish 3×10. If you need to, get a coach to set up a band and use the rings if possible.
