WOD: Wednesday 27, October 2010

There is no skill work today so get right in and get warmed up so we can make sure there is plenty of time for the workout!

wod: Filthy Fifty
For time:
50 Box jump, 16/24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 26/35
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 35/45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 12/20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Filthy 50 Results

There will be a 40 minute cap on the workout today. If you feel you cannot make the time limitation let the coaches know and we can modify the workout so you can complete it in under the 40 minute cap. We want EVERYONE to be able to finish and enjoy the workout!!!
