This is the final workout for the Reebok CrossFit Open! While it is a short wod it is a tough one. I am looking forward to seeing how everyone does!
skill: light thrusters – work on the movement and getting the bar racked on your shoulders. This is for form only!

6 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.
