WOD: Wednesday 26, September 2012

We are going back in time to the Crossfit Open wod 12.4 today. Hopefully you still have your numbers from the previous wod and you can track your progress. If you have forgotten or lost your information AND you did post as part of the CFC team this year you should still be able to find your time from the Crossfit Open Leaderboard.

WORKOUT 12 . 4

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (14lbs to 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
