Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Martin is survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.








The Paleo meal of the day looks amazing! I want to try this one for sure. Has anyone been trying any of the recipes from “Meal of the Day”? How are they?

I made mashed cauliflower the other night. Great substitute for mashed potatoes…and Billy loved them
They’re simple to make too, just boil a few cups of cauliflower florets with garlic. When tender, drain, then mash-up in a food processor with olive oil, salt and pepper, then you’re good to go!
Gonna try the mashed cauliflower. It sounds awesome. I also found a recipe for chicken lettuce wraps. They tasted just like the ones you get at PF Changs. they would be a good pairing with today’s meal. Awesome! They were on the Everyday Paleo website.
Jeremy and I made 2 from the meal o day and they were both awesome!
I’m on my way out the door to get cauliflower right now! Nick, do you really want some because I’ll bring some to you!
I don’t recall a time that I have ever turned down food. Couple that with the opportunity to shamelessly enjoy in front of everyone while they are rocking out this WOD? If there are leftovers, count me in! Thanks B-dogg!
