WOD: Wednesday 25, May 2011

Outstanding day yesterday. It was great to see everyone who did the squat clean workout. As always I am amazed at how far some of you have come in your form and especially your strength. Great job!!!

strength: 1×5 deadlifts – work up to the weight that you can perform 5 deadlifts with. As always you must have good form!

wod: AMRAP 10 minutes
10 air squats
10 kb swings 35/50
10 sit-ups
