Skill: Overhead Squats 5-5-5-5-5 This skill will be done for form and not weight. You will be working with overhead squats in the workout so keep you weights light.

wod: 4 rounds for time
10 chest to bar pullups
5 push press behind neck (65/95)
5 overhead squats (65/95)
10 box jumps (12/20)
