This WOD will have a 30 minute cap. Every rep not completed will be an extra second added on to the end time. The preferred modification for the Muscle Ups will be assisted muscle ups or jumping muscle ups, not pull ups and ring dips. If we run out of rings, the modification for this WOD will be 1 pull up and 1 ring dip per muscle up.
