You will have 3 attempts to find your 1RM. The first attempt would be a weight you know you can do for a heavy set of three. The second attempt would be a weight you know without any doubt that you could do for a single, having just done the first attempt. And the third attempt is the weight you want to do, based on your performance on the previous two attempts. Take time to plan out what weights you will start with so you are able to start at an appropriate weight.

I made this meal of the day last week. It was good!
Does anyone like hazelnuts? I had bought some from whole foods for a recipe and have about 1 cup left….we think they are gross. I’d hate to throw them away (they weren’t freaking cheap), so if anyone likes them let me know and I will bring them to the gym for you
I would happily take them off your hands Jen if no one else has claimed them! I’ll be at the 6:30 WOD tomorrow if you’re coming earlier and want to leave them.
