Warm Up: 1k Row – start off easy, build to strong finish & get your legs warmed up well. Take 5-10 minutes to stretch and roll out your legs and back.

Wod: CrossFit Total: 1 Rep Max of
Squat
Press
DeadLift

You will have 3 attempts to find your 1RM. The first attempt would be a weight you know you can do for a heavy set of three. The second attempt would be a weight you know without any doubt that you could do for a single, having just done the first attempt. And the third attempt is the weight you want to do, based on your performance on the previous two attempts. Take time to plan out what weights you will start with so you are able to start at an appropriate weight.
