I am terrified of this WOD.
6:30 class…
if you are registered, you need to show up… otherwise you are taking someone else’s spot. If you are not registered, go to another class… no extras today. Show up early, and get your warm-up done early. There is a lot of work to be done today and it will be chaotic because of limited equipment.
All, come to work hard… for most of you this is a workout that tests mental capacity even more than physical capacity.
I’m going to switch to the 5:30 class, so if anyone wants my spot they can have it.
Alex just make sure you switch it online too, k?

Pace is critical – find a pace you can stick with and stay consistent in each of the movements. You’ll fall apart quick if you start out too hard.
