Handstand push-ups will be our skill for today. Also try and doing handstand holds to develop shoulder strength. Have fun with this skill and work hard!

Skill: Handstand Push-ups 3×10

wod: 5 rounds for time
12 overhead squats 65/95
12 KB swings 1.5/2 pood
12 burpees (hand release)
