as an FYI for anyone coming tonight:
the parking lot may not be plowed before tonight and it’s pretty much iced over. I would consider parking on the south side of the building. if you come into the lot, go slow and give yourself plenty of room so you don’t slide down into back of another car. also, though you may be fitter than the average person unless you’re wearing crampons (lowell) you are just as likely to slip on the ice. so, don’t let a nasty fall keep you from enjoying a great wod.
if you want to test your ability to slide on the ice, bring your sled/saucer & after class we’ll spray some non-nutritive cereal varnish on it and see how far you can go. “bingo”
