If you have never done the bench press you are in for a lot of fun. You may be surprised how strong you are!









The score for this WOD is the total # of reps benched. At least that’s how my classses will be doing it…
To cut the inevitable question short – you should push yourselves on the row and burpees because you are athletes and you are here to do work and to do the WOD properly, not to take it easy. O:)
