Ok, time for a good one!  This workout is not for the faint of heart!  All the best movements of a CrossFit workout rolled into one!

Warm up: x3 5 burpees, 5 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups

Core work: max toes to bar for 2 minutes

WOD: 4 Rounds for time

10 pull-ups

5 deadlift 205/315

15 DU ( double unders)

Rest 3 minutes and end with an 8oom run
