Skill: Squats – take 3-4 sets to warm up then do 3 sets of 5 keeping the weight the same for all 3 sets. If you haven’t tried the low-bar position yet, take the time to work on it. Also, keep track of your workouts! We are working on solutions to keep some notes at the gym but in the meantime you can take 5 minutes and $2 to keep track in a paper notebook* . The goal is to increase the weight you use each week, which is tough to do if you don’t remember what you lifted last time.
Wod: 10 minute total body workout

2:00 Back Squats (Body Weight for Males, .75 BW for females)

*yes, paper notebooks are still cool; b/c they are cheap & b/c Billy says so. If you still have an operational “Trapper Keeper”, bring it in & I’ll give you the Zach Morris “Master of Cool” award

Sierra has a trapper keeper. I found it at goodwill. It’s awesome.
Is that the kid from Saved by the Bell???What year was that? Look at that hair!!!
no, that’s my man Lowell, circa 2003. He’s as cool as the other side of the pillow.
Keith you are cracking me up! The other side of the pillow! ha ha
Hmm…no trapper keeper on deck, but I’m sure I can find a pair of workout pants I can tight roll or something. If I remember correctly that went hand in hand; a sweet trapper keeper and pants that were tight rolled.
For the record I have a trapper keeper that I use at work. While to cool picture of the Thunder cats has been replaced by fine imitation leather, the concept is the same. Yea, I am that cool.
What about the giant cell phone?
results are posted…
and yes Jen G – the giant cell phone was crazy cool as well!
