Today we will be doing a baseline workout that will be going on our records board. These “Hero” workouts from the CrossFit mainsite are always hard but also a lot of fun! I was crunched for time so I did:

20 2 pood KB swings
10 jumping pullups
20 box jumps 20″

Swings after the thrusters were killer
25:03 with 75lb thrusters. Everything else rx’d. Happy Spartan day kids!
