Hey. Is prescribed for woman 95 or 85? From what I’ve seen it appears to be 85 but the CFC website says 95. Just checking.
and is it power cleans or squat cleans?
Just Power Cleans – no Squat.
Were any of the CFC girls able to rx this?

Jen – no girls were able to go Rx; Jen Allen used 85# (Rx according to some sources) but had to use yellow band on dips.
FYI – we did change to squat cleans for the PM classes as I discovered that was the standard. This also made wod tougher as guys had to reach full depth on the catch/squat. Great job by M@ & Kyle to get done under 10:00! we will be practicing cleans and front squats more after we finish strength program so we can get everyone more practice on a tough lift.
