Tabata Backwards Lunges

These Tabatas are for lowest rep, not total reps. For example, if on the Tabata row I get 12, 12, 12, 11, 12, 12, 8, 10 then my score for the rowing Tabata is 8. At the end of the WOD a person’s total score will be the sum of their five lowest numbers in the five Tabatas.

I’m kind of disappointed with this warm-up.. I was hoping for the electric slide today
I don’t have anything cunning to say but I do have news. My husband is finally going to join CFC! I suspect that the Deck of Death gave him a scare but he is ready for his baseline and looking forward to training with everyone.
