WARM UP: (250m Row, 200m Run, 15 Burpees) X 2

SKILL: 2RM Turkish Get Up

WOD: Back-to-Back Tabatas (No rest Between Tabatas)
Tabata Row For Calories
Tabata Forward Lunges
Tabata KB Swings 1.5/1 Pood
Tabata Backwards Lunges
Tabata Wallball 20/14# 10 ft Target

These Tabatas are for lowest rep, not total reps. For example, if on the Tabata row I get 12, 12, 12, 11, 12, 12, 8, 10 then my score for the rowing Tabata is 8. At the end of the WOD a person’s total score will be the sum of their five lowest numbers in the five Tabatas.
