The weighted pull-ups were fun and more than a few people surprised me with their strength!
Skill: Turkish Get Ups
wod: On-The-Minute – 7 sit ups, 50 Turkish Get Ups for completion (1 pood/1.5 pood).
The WOD starts with 7 sit ups, and then athletes will complete as many Turkish Get Ups as they can until the next minute (aka 1). Then they will stop what they are doing and complete 7 more sit ups, after which they will continue where they left off with the Turkish Get Ups. They are finished when they have completed all 50 Get Ups.
