wod: “Army 101″ AMRAP 20 minutes (as many rounds as possible)
10 ring pushups
20 air squats
30 situps (abmat)
40 2-count flutter kicks (only count your right leg)
Note: Flutter kick is when you are laying on your back and your move your legs back and forth in a short up and down motion.
