We are doing Baselines today! There will be no skill today but make sure you take time to warm-up properly with the exercises in the baseline. I am looking forward to seeing some new baseline PRs and possibly a few updates for the records board!

Ryan – by a NARROW margin of just one second, Matt swooped in for a last second finish at 3:47 over lunch today. I can’t wait to do this one tonight.

Little hampered b/c rowers are on other side of gym from situp, pushup, pullup area. Also no ab mat and no pullup bands. Did pullups with a little jump.
So a little modified but at least a time to shoot for next time. Looking forward to seeing how well all the girls did. Well done to Ryan and Matt and everyone else. See you all Friday.
