WOD: Wednesday 13, October 2010

We are doing Baselines today! There will be no skill today but make sure you take time to warm-up properly with the exercises in the baseline. I am looking forward to seeing some new baseline PRs and possibly a few updates for the records board!

wod: Baseline for time
500m row
40 air squats
30 situps
20 pushups
10 pullups

If you modified your baseline previously try and complete the baseline without modification. We will be cheering you on!!!


Baseline times - entire gym was under 7:00!
