As always Abbate left everyone looking tired and ragged when they left the gym. Some of you carried out new PRs with you and some of you carried out your ‘holy crap I can’t believe I did that” thoughts. Either way, if you did the wod I am proud of you!

12 Pullups
12 Pistols
12 HR Pushups
