WOD: Wednesday 12, April 2011

I hope everyone had a blast with the tire flips and the floor wipers! It was a lot of fun but now we get to participate in the 4th workout of the Reebok CrossFit Games!

Athlete Workout: Burpee / OHS / Muscle-up
10min AMRAP of:
60 Bar-facing burpees (burpee facing an Olympic bar and the jump must be over the bar)
30 Overhead squats (90/120)
10 Muscle-ups
