Today we are going to do some light work on overhead squats to get warm for the wod and to also work on our form and range of motion.
skill: Overhead squats – work up till your last warm up set is what you are going to use in the wod. You should be using a weight you can do the complete range of motion.

For some reason I am unable to comment on the Crossfit Total Meet. Will the meet be following the rules posted (i.e. no sumo deadlift and high bar squats only) or specific CFC rules?
There will be no Sumo Deadlift but you will be able to use either the high bar or low bar squat.
