SKILL: Snatch – we will be working on getting down in our squat position. In the beginning you may have to start with a PVC pipe to get an understanding of how the movement feels. Check with your coach on your form before adding any weights. If you hamstrings are tight your range of motion may be limited so make sure to get a good warm-up and us the black rollers to loosen up your back.
