wod: Run a 5k for time.
If you have an injury that precludes you from running a 5k then you can row 5000m. Relax and enjoy a good pace!
Have you tried running barefoot since you were a kid? If not there is a movement in the running world and specifically inside of CrossFit itself towards running “barefoot” or with minimal shoes.
