Skill: Front Squats & HSPU (Hand Stand Push Ups)

5 Front Squats – increase weight each round
AMRAP HSPU (if unable to do full HS, modify w/ feet on a box, try to touch head to ground)
Take your time to work through these sets; do your 5 reps of FS, then over to wall/box and do as many HSPU as you can. Rest & repeat for total of 4 rounds
then:
3 x
10 Front Squats (~75% of max weight used earlier)
10 Knees To Elbows
Run 400m
