WOD: Tuesday June 1, 2010

Welcome to June! Hope you all had a great extended weekend and enjoyed some fun outdoor activities and cookouts. I also hope you got some good rest time in after a tough week of wods. We are starting off strong this week by doing one of the CF mainsite Hero wods from this weekend. Come ready to give 100%!

Skill: T-Spine and Shoulder Mobility. This is something we will be doing more of to increase Range of Motion and help support better posture. This is especially important if you sit at a desk for most of the day and/or if you are limited on OverHead Squats.

Wod: “Arnie”
With a Kettle Bell peform:
21 Turkish Get-Ups (TGU), Right arm
50 KB Swings
21 OHS, Left Arm
50 KB Swings
21 OHS, Right arm
50 KB Swings
21 TGU, Left arm
Use the heaviest KB you can while performing all lifts with solid form.
