Skill: #1-Burgener Warm Up: spend 10-15 minutes working all 5 steps
We want to spend the time tonight to teach each step of this warm up as we will be incorporating it into many workouts in the future. It works as a great warm up but also works to reinforce correct movement patterns, which we will have a shaper focus on moving forward.
Wod: AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
3 Hang Power Clean
3 Front Squat
3 Push Press
(Use 75% of your max push press)
Warm Down: 3×7 Barbell Roll Outs
