WOD: Tuesday August 2, 2011

We had some amazing squat numbers hit the board last night!  Men and women did great with form and showed up!

Warm up: x2 20 air squats, 20 sit ups, 10 lunges (each leg)

WOD:

row 10 cal

40 wallballs 14/20

row 20 cal

30 wallballs

row 30 cal

20 wallballs

row 40 cal

10 wallballs

Looks like balls to wall today!!! ha ha
