Skill: Pistols – 4 x 5 (each leg)

20 OH Lunges (45, 25)
20 Plank Rows
20 Squats
20 Mountain Climbers*

Not a member at present… would love to see a running form / pose clinic. I’ve been trying to do some of the CFE wods once or twice per week, but would love to see some local group endurance wods.
Couldn’t make open house last Saturday, but will be in this weekend in the afternoon.
