For those of you who missed the B-Dogg hopper this weekend it is back for an encore performance. For those of you who have already experienced B-Dogg there will be a rowing wod for you.
Skill: Max box jump! You will start with a box and add plates till you reach your maximum standing box jump height.
wod: B-Dogg for time
4 rounds for time
75 air squats
50 sit-ups
25 kettlebell swings
Alternative wod: Row Intervals for time.
5 – 200m intervals with 30 seconds of rest between them then you rest 2 minutes and row 500m all out

WoW Dave, you just pretty much jumped the same height as my very tall 2nd grader, he is 54″! That’s just crazy!
And I love how you throw in the words “all out” for the last 500m….after rowing the first 1000 I will just be trying not to Pass Out!
