WOD: Tuesday 7, June 2010

Everyone did well on the Push Press 3RM effort. It was good to see more people working on their double unders during the wod on Monday. Keep at them!

Skill:  Hand-Stand Push Ups
Spend 10-15 minutes working on them. If you do not have HSPU work on developing the skill and if you do then work on stringing as many together as possible.  If you already have good HSPU then work on getting them strict, and then with paralettes.

wod: 21-15-9 for time
Dead Lift (155/225)
Box Jump Overs 20/24 (make sure you can clear the box before starting the wod!)
