10 KB C&J (50/35 – 5 each arm)
hmm… I must not have done the KB C&Js correctly. I have bruises on my wrists & shoulders.
It takes a while to get good at them. Most likely the KB was getting to far away from your body and bumping against your arm and shoulder.
I’ll just have to work on that, with a lighter KB so I can control it a better.
