Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP) 5-5-5-3-3 We will be working on proper grip position and stance. While a lot of the SDHP is personal preference there are a few things that will help everyone to perform better!

wod: 10 rounds for time
10 Wall Balls (12/20)
10 Sit-up (abmat)s
10 Medicine Ball Slams (12/20)
