    This was a great workout today. On the squats I’ve been scaling back the weight to work on proper form/technique. Today for the skill I squated 225lbx5 for 3 sets, then 245×3 for 2 sets. For the WOD I struggled a bit on the pullups and pushups and with running on the treadmill while including the 2 minute break total time 18:50. Tomorrow will be better! Thanks for posting a tough workout!

  • This one killed me also! You had a good time though. As for scaling that is great to hear. Most people miss out on the fact the great form leads to great lifts which lead to great increases!
