Great job on learning to “Skin the Cat”! Everyone did great and got some good movement at the same time. Today we are back on the rings with some more skill work.
WARM UP: 200 DU (600 singles) OR 10 minutes of work (which ever comes first)
STRENGTH: MAX rep ring dips x2. Toes must point out in front of athlete. Athlete will need to either jump up to the rings or use a box. Total score is both rounds combined.
WOD: 150 Box Jumps 20/24 (15 minute cap) Foot must be fully on the box on each rep. No rebounding off the box to complete the hip extension.
1 rep = Jump/land with both feet completely on the box/extended hips under control/jump or step off.
