WOD: Tuesday 31, May 2011

It is good to finally get back to a regular schedule and some regular eating. I think I will avoid the scale for a few days!

Strength: Squats
3 sets of 5
+ 5lbs from your lifts on 5/20

Strength: Press
3 sets of 5

Make sure you are keeping records of the weights you are lifting so you will be able to track your strength increases!
