WOD: Tuesday 3, January 2012

We hope everyone is having a great start to the New Year!  We asked the question ” what are your CrossFit New Years Resolutions” on our facebook page.  I hope you will go there and answer!  I am sure everyone will be encouraged!

Don’t forget about Tuesday evening classes being suspended for January due to building management.

WOD: Row 1:40, rest 20 sec x5, then rest 2 min. Row 1:40, rest 20 sec x4(9 sets total)

your goal is to keep the meters rowed near the same for all, and to breathe…so you can do the second half of the WOD:
