Skill: Kettlebell Cleans 5-5-5-3-3 (for each arm) Work on getting comfortable with where the KB ends up on your arm so you can avoid bruising and soreness. Keep the weights light so you will be able to concentrate on form.

That is probably about right. I think some of the guys came in around 9 minutes. The KB weight was less though.
Hi- BJ and I are a little behind we did this one on Wednesday…Emily did it in 10:28 and BJ 11:46 ( he got distracted when a non-english speaking person took his KB and had to chase him down, he may have finished faster if it were not for him). Both rx’d
